Softzom offers refunds only under specific conditions. Since VPS resources are provisioned instantly and dedicated for your use, we cannot provide refunds for all situations.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • There is a verified technical issue caused by Softzom that prevents normal use of the VPS.

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • VPS plans after 48 hours of activation

  • Services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations

  • Domain registrations or transfers

  • Add-on services (IP addresses, backups, software licenses, etc.)

  • Cryptocurrency payments (due to price volatility)

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

  • Renewal payments (monthly, quarterly, yearly)


3. Service Downtime or Interruptions

If you experience downtime caused by Softzom, we may offer:

  • Account credit, or

  • Partial compensation

Service credits cannot be exchanged for money or refunded to a payment method.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.
Include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Account email

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots or logs (if available)

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within:

  • 3–7 business days for card or online payments

  • Crypto payments are not refundable

Softzom reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who:

  • Repeatedly request refunds

  • Abuse promotions or trial periods

  • Use services for illegal activities
