  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Softzom is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak or leaked passwords.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Softzom services for:

4.1 Illegal Activities

Including but not limited to:

  • Hacking, DDoS attacks, or botnets

  • Hosting malware, viruses, or phishing pages

  • Fraud, scams, or identity theft

  • Hosting copyrighted content without permission

  • Child exploitation content (zero tolerance)

4.2 Harmful or Abusive Use

Such as:

  • Spamming or bulk email sending

  • Running open proxies or open relays

  • Excessive resource usage that affects other clients

  • Activities that violate local or international laws

Softzom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse without notice.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Renewal charges are processed automatically unless canceled.

  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

By paying Softzom, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring services.

6. Refund Policy

Key points:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

9. Suspension & Termination

Softzom may suspend or terminate services if:

  • You fail to pay on time

  • Your actions put our infrastructure or other customers at risk

Suspended or terminated accounts may not be eligible for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

Softzom is not liable for:

  • Downtime or service interruptions

  • Damages caused by misuse of services

  • Actions of third parties, hackers, or attackers

Your use of Softzom services is entirely at your own risk.
